Plants for degassing, nitriding, drying, heating and filtering transformer oils

• UVM 10-10 U1

  The technological part of this Plant is placed in a container. There is a provision for an operator place. The capacity in the modes of degassing (nitriding), drying and filtering is at least 6 m³/h, in the mode of heating and filtering — at least 15 m³/h. Power of the band heater is 160, 200, 240 kW (at a Customer’s request). Pressure on the outlet — at least 0,2 MPa.
  Oil parameters after treatment: gas content — not more than 0,1%; mass water content not more than 0,001% (10 g/ton); contamination class — according to GOST17216 not worse than 9 (filtration fineness — 5 µm); mass content of mechanical inclusions — 10 g/ton.

  According to a Customer’s request:

  1. capacity in the heating and filtering mode from 30 to 50 m³/h;
  2. a car with a jacket for warmth-keeping.

• UVM 10-3 U1

  The technological part of this Plant is placed in a container. There is a provision for an operator place. The capacity in the modes of degassing (nitriding), drying and filtering is at least 3 m³/h, in the mode of heating and filtering — at least 8 m³/h. Power of the band-type heater is 90, 120 kW (at a Customer’s request). Pressure on the outlet — at least 0,2 MPa.
  Oil parameters after treatment are similar to those of plant UVM 10-10 U1.
