General information

Facility NSP 400:200/5,5:15+4DG-100V+4TG-20/500 is intended for lifting and horizontal displacement of heavy-weight equipment along rails, in particular for lifting and shifting transformers, reactors and other electrical equipment during execution of electric installation and maintenance work.

It is manufactured in compliance with requirements of TU U 34.04624312.008-97 and has Certificates of Compliance in the certification systems UkrSEPRO and GOST R of State Standard of Russia.

  • Climate version — UHL1 in compliance with GOST 15150.
  • Average service time — at least 10 years, guarantee period — 1 year.
  • Service personnel — 2 people.
  • Ecological safety — in compliance with GOST 12.1.005-88.
  • Fire hazard — in compliance with GOST 12.1.004-91.
  • Electric safety — in compliance with GOST 12.2.007.0-75В.

Composition

The facility includes a pump house, 4 hydraulic jacks, 4 hydraulic pushers and high pressure coupling hoses. The above set is delivered with the Operation documents, Certificates of Quality and Compliance, and packed in a case.

Peculiar features of design

Facility as a whole
The Facility has two functions: lifting and displacement of heavy-weight equipment. Maximum total force at lifting makes 400 tf at a speed of 69 mm/min and maximum force at displacement — 80 tf at a speed up to 480 mm/min.
The pump house is made on wheels which considerably facilitates its displacement during execution of work.

Pump House

The Pump House contains double radial-piston pump that works in two modes:

  • With maximum pressure 20 МPa and capacity up to 15 l/min in the mode of displacement of heavy-weight equipment;
  • With maximum pressure 40 MPa and capacity up to 5,5 l/min in the lifting mode.

Hydraulic Jacks
Hydraulic jacks are designed with hydraulic return. To prevent the piston drop in emergency cases (high pressure hose breaks, depressurization of the pressure pipe-line etc.) they are provided with non-return controllable valves.

Hydraulic pushers
Pushers with hydraulic return. Consist of two hydraulic cylinders, a stopper strip and a wedge clamping device, which provides grip by rails of Р 50 and Р 65 type.

High pressure hoses
Hoses for coupling with nuts M 20 × 1,5.
