  «Iney 7-550-1х150(-70)» Plant, consisting of the vacuum system of West-European manufacturers (Roots pump with capacity 550 l/f and a pump for preliminary rarefaction with capacity of 150 l/f with a bypass system) and a low-temperature freezing trap on the base of a stand-alone refrigerating unit. The low-temperature trap has a large area of freezing which does not require consumables (carbon dioxide, acetone, liquid nitrogen), which considerably reduces costs and time for drying hard insulation. The vacuum system does not require a cooling system and operates in an off-line mode; the system provides automatic switching on of the Roots pump at a pressure of 34 mm Mercury col. The plant has smaller overall dimensions and mass, practically no vibration and insignificant noise level.
